Payments
- We accept payment via GCash, BDO, BPI, and Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila only).

Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery times are 1-2 business days for Metro Manila, and 3-5 business days for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and have all original tags.
