- Products must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
- Sale items, accessories, and footwear may only be exchanged if they are defective or incorrect.
- Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Email contact@karlasambere-boutique.com or message us on Viber/Instagram with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if eligible.
- Shipping fees for returns are shouldered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.
- Exchanges are shipped out as soon as the returned item is verified.
- If your return does not meet eligibility, we will notify you and arrange to send the item back.
